A Personal Training Approach to Group Fitness

Strength Unlimited provides professional fitness training in Vancouver WA. We help our clients build strength, confidence, and improve their physical and mental well being. We teach and coach exercise and nutrition to help meet individual goals. Working hard together we have a strong and friendly community. We are grateful for each individual who walks through our door as we are passionate and driven to train better health and stronger bodies.

Our group classes are growing steadily. We attribute this to our approach. As Fitness Trainers we aim to bring a quality to our group classes that could only be beaten by a private session. We take group fitness to the next level by setting up the class to coach proper form for each exercise while still driving you to push yourself past your previous limits. We offer several group classes weekly (see schedule here).
